How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and what to expect from the visit.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, any add-on, and who you book with. A team day is priced by the size of the group and where it takes place.
The length of the treatment
Massage, facial, hands and feet, or heat
Add-ons such as warm stones or paraffin
The practitioner's level, and the group size for a team day
The talk before your treatment
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your visit.
How levels set the price
A lead or senior practitioner may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Deposits
A single treatment takes no deposit. A card holds a team day or a booking for four or more guests, and it goes toward the visit.
Tell us 24 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble. A team day needs a week. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.
A gift card works for any amount and any treatment, at either site. Buy one online or at a front desk; a team can order several at once.
