Downtown opens early for the commute and has the steam room and sauna. Crossroads stays open into the evening. Both take the same bookings and have the same team leads.

Three leads run massage, skin and the front desks across both sites.
Owner and lead esthetician
Naseem opened Mezzanine downtown and added Crossroads for the people who work late. She still does facials most weeks, leads the skin team at both sites and answers when a company wants a team day.
Lead massage therapist
Kaylin leads the massage team and builds the seated and express sessions for team days. She works on shoulders, necks and lower backs that have spent the week at a desk, and sets the pressure with you.
Rosemary runs the front desks at both sites. Call her to move a time, to set up a team day or to order gift cards for a group.
Gift cards
A gift card works for any amount and any treatment, at either site. Order one, or several at once for a team.
